The personalisation of the shopping cart only happens after you enter your personal data on the ordering pages and the send it. The necessity of the anonymous shop use is directly linked to the privacy statement.

Personal data is single information about personal or factual relations of a specific or specified natural person (§3 Abs. 1 BDSG). Since while using the shop personal data is known, we are requested according to the national data safety law § 4 Abs.3 line 1 to inform you on "the identity of the responsible place". Your business partner Dr. Zellmer GmbH, Im Erlengrund 29, D-53757 Sankt Augustin, is responsible for the privacy of your personal information. CEO is Mr. Dr. Rolf Zellmer.

3. What data is necessary?

We ask for personal data on the ordering forms of our online shop for the ordering process including invoice and delivery. The data fields are separated into required and optional information spaces. Obligatory specifications are marked with a star and must be filled out for your order. Voluntary specifications (without star) are not necessary but recommended to simplify the communication process.

Additional data such as the selected products in your shopping cart, the amounts, and the time of the order placement is also saved. A direct access to this information is possible via login (under "your orders"). The customer also receives a detailed email confirmation when the order reaches Dr. Zellmer GmbH, so you can be sure that the technical process was successful. This email is not a confirmation of the order because we first have to check if the product is available and if everything is correct.

If you order by phone, fax, mail or personally the personal data is saved in a comparable way in our ERP system. In the process of consultation service information concerning specific hard- and software configurations of the customer might be saved for the advantage of further consultation.
